My Story

I’m a British-born professional who relocated to the USA in 2016 with my American husband. Originally from the South West of the UK, I spent 17 years living in London before moving to the States.

With a background in banking and finance, I spent 14 years as a managing partner and owner of a financial services company in London. I’ve also held the role of marketing manager for a prominent private healthcare provider and have experience in retail.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about cooking and baking, and I stay active and fit as part of my lifestyle!

I chose life coaching because of my own experiences of feeling 'stuck' in both personal and professional areas. Having faced these challenges6, I feel a deep connection with business owners who struggle to grow their businesses due to personal roadblocks. I’m passionate about helping others overcome these barriers and unlock their potential. Seeing people grow, develop, and achieve their goals is something I truly relish, and it’s what drives me to support others in their personal and professional journeys.
